JLL has promoted Andrew Hawkins to lead its City of London capital markets team.
Hawkins has been a part of the City of London team for 10 years. He has more than 20 years’ experience at JLL, having helped to open the firm’s Manchester office in 1996.
Recent deals that his team have been involved with include 22 Bishopsgate, EC2, HSBC Tower, 8 Canada Square, E14, and the TfL/FCA buildings at International Quarter at Stratford.
Neil Prime, head of London office markets at JLL, said: “Andrew is one of the most experienced advisers in the city market and he will be closely supported by Patrick Cryer.”
