JLL has reorganised its central London offices operation, appointing director Chris Valentine as head of its new West End agency team.
He replaces Adrian Crooks, who led the team for five years, before leaving to pursue new opportunities.
Valentine (pictured) joined JLL in 2014 from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he spent four years as an associate director in the West End office agency.
In addition, Simon Crotty a director in the City agency team, will extend his current focus on Midtown and South Bank to the West End market as well, and directors Dan Burn, Jeremy Attfield and Patrick Cryer will take on additional roles as lead directors within the central London offices team, focusing more closely on JLL’s clients and their needs across London’s changing office landscape.
Lillian Chandler and Daisy Hunt have also joined the central London client board.
Earlier this year JLL announced that Rob Corbett would lead its West End investment team. Corbett has spent the past 13 years as a director in JLL’s central London capital markets team, advising sovereign wealth funds, REITs, institutional investors and private clients on some of London’s most significant investment and development deals.
Neil Prime, head of central London offices at JLL, said: “I would like to thank Adrian for his contribution to the firm and wish him all the best for the future.
“Our central London offices team is full of hugely talented individuals that are able to provide exceptional levels of advice on the world’s most dynamic office market. Utilising and promoting this talent effectively has been fundamental in the continued success of our team. Our clients want greater focus on opportunities across central London and strong, valuable advice in a changing business and political environment. These changes will help us to provide this in even greater depth.”
