JLL will increase the number of its central London office agency team by four next month.
In City agency, Lois Fletcher will join as a senior negotiator. She joins after five years at Gerald Eve. And after spending a year in the City residential team, Hannah Fearnley will return to the City office agency team as a director.
Fearnley will be working on a number of high-profile projects, linking commercial clients with an interest in mixed-use schemes to the residential market.
Chris Valentine joins as an associate director in the West End team, and Michael Davis, will lead JLL’s focus on the new and emerging central London markets.
Neil Prime, head of office agency at JLL, said: “I’m delighted to welcome all our new talent to the business. All these people have experience of different environments and markets, which means we can provide our clients with a greater variety of skills and approaches, vital in this changing and expanding central London market and as client needs become more diverse.”
