Jones Lang LaSalle has launched a healthcare valuation team to provide advice to banks, operators and investors.
The team will be led by Philip Hall who was previously director and head of healthcare at GLP Taylors.
Andrew Renshaw, head of Jones Lang LaSalle’s valuation advisory group, said: “Our new team has in excess of 25 years experience and an impressive track record in the healthcare sector.
“They have covered all aspects of valuation work particularly focusing on trade-related valuations specialising in healthcare properties.”
