JLL starts search for new West End office

JLL has begun to assess options for a new office in London’s West End.

The announcement marks the start of a process that will see the company move away from its current 75,000 sq ft outpost at 30 Warwick Street, W1, where it has been since 2005.

A spokesperson for JLL said: “We have begun considering options for a new office in the West End, of around 15,000 sq ft, to support our West End teams and clients. This will align with the move to our new flagship office at 1 Broadgate, EC2, in 2026.”

The news follows the agency’s announcement in 2021 that it had agreed to a 15-year lease from 2026 for a new 130,000 sq ft flagship UK office across three floors of British Land’s 1 Broadgate, EC2.

Law firm A&O Shearman also recently announced that it had agreed terms to join JLL at 1 Broadgate with a prelet of 100,000 sq ft in the building.
