A JLL West End director is leaving the company to join niche London specialist Bluebook.
Robbie Rowan, JLL West End office leasing director, will join West End agency Bluebook as a partner. He is expected to start with the firm towards the end of the year.
The business was launched by former JLL directors Joe Fuller and Chris Watkin in April 2013 .
Rowan will specialise in advising landlords on office development and leasing.
He leaves after three years at JLL and seven years at King Sturge prior.
A spokesman for JLL said: “ We would like to take the opportunity to thank Robbie for his hard work during his time here and wish him the best in his new role. We are in the process of confirming a new recruit to join the team, which will be announced in due course.”
