Serbian developer Delta Real Estate Group has named Jones Lang LaSalle as exclusive letting agent for Delta Planet, a major new shopping mall project in Belgrade.
On completion in autumn 2014, the total space of Delta Planet will amount to 75,000 m2 of gross lettable area. It will house around 250 retail and service units, a hypermarket of more than 10,000 m2m and leisure and entertainment space, including a 18-screen megaplex with IMAX for 3,300 cinema goers, as well as fitness facilities and children’s entertainment features.
Delta Planet will be next to the E75 highway and on the Autokomanda roundabout, nearby the Serbian capital’s upmarket neighbourhood, five to 10 minutes from downtown and close to a future metro station. It will have a catchment of over 1.6m people living in a 15-minute driving radius.
Prime shopping rents in Belgrade can reach up to €70 per m2 a month.
