Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has won a five-year facilities and project management contract with household goods and confectionery giant Procter & Gamble (P&G).
Under the deal, JLL will manage nearly 14m sq ft (1.3m sq m) of P&G’s owned and leased property in 60 countries across the world, and is expected to control a budget of $700m (£429m).
Around 600 of P&G’s employees will move to JLL over the five-year life of the deal, which is expected to be finalized by the end of June 2003.
P&G’s brands include Pampers, Ariel, Whisper, Pantene, Bounty, Pringles, Lenor, Olay and Clairol. The company has 102,000 employees in 80 countries.
