CBRE has appointed JLL’s Nick Brennan as a director in its London advisory and transaction occupier team.
Brennan (pictured) worked for CBRE in the Asia Pacific region for two years in 2010.
He joins from JLL where he held roles in Hong Kong and London, advising occupiers on office requirements, lease negotiations and delivering strategy to maximise space productivity.
Brennan said: “I am looking forward to working with the team in order to maximise advantages for clients.”
