JLL’s Peachey to become partner at Montagu Evans

Montagu-Evans-logo-THUMB.jpegMontagu Evans has hired JLL’s former head of retail capital markets, Adrian Peachey, as a partner.

Peachey will take up his new role mid-July. He previously worked at Churston Heard, prior to its acquisition by JLL in 2008.

He left JLL earlier this year, and was replaced by Fraser Bowen in the retail capital markets role.

Montagu Evans’ head of investment Mark Girling said: “This appointment is a coup for the firm and great news for its clients. Adrian’s market profile, sector focus and client base presents powerful synergies with our planning and development, property management, rating, lease advisory and retail agency services.”

Peachey said: “The retail landscape in the UK is undergoing significant challenges and ongoing structural change, so an in depth understanding backed up by track record is required to form the right judgements. I believe that Monties offers its clients an especially effective range of skills, with their leading planning, rating and retail development teams.”
