John Lewis Partnership has bought two office buildings and a sports hall and gym facility in Bracknell.
They are Hyde House and Holland House on the Southern Industrial Estate, bought from Greenhills Real Estate, and a gym bought from Panasonic UK. The deals form part of the retailer’s plans to move about 300 staff to the Berkshire town where its Waitrose headquarters is based.
