Jaguar Land Rover is mulling a bid for the Silverstone racing circuit, the home of the British Grand Prix, documents seen by the Financial Times reveal.
A deal, if it comes, could see the site house JLR’s headquarters as well as a heritage centre for its cars, offices and a hotel and visitor centre.
Cushman & Wakefield has advised the company that the circuit, various industrial units and land for development would have a market value of £22.7m.
