The John Lewis Partnership has prelet half of phase two at Land Securities Centrapark in Welwyn Garden City.
The rent on the 1,910 sq m (20,570 sq ft) distribution warehouse will be around £70 per sq m (£6.55 per sq ft).
Fletcher King and Davies & Co were joint letting agents for Land Securities.
