The Big Sleep, a design-led budget hotel in Cardiff in which Hollywood actor John Malkovich is an investor, is to be turned into a nationwide chain.
Bedfactory Hotels will open its second hotel in Cheltenham in November and has agreed terms on a third site in Exeter.
It is also close to securing properties in Brighton and Eastbourne on the South Coast.
