Guernsey-based Jolivet Investment has bought No 1 Tithebarn in Liverpool City Centre – the largest office deal in the city since 2011.
The 115,000 sq ft building, on the corner of Old Hall Street and Tithebarn Street, was acquired from administrator Grant Thornton.
It was refurbished in 2010 and was owned previously by a joint venture between Legal & General and Kenmore Property Group.
Current occupiers include Morecrofts Solicitors, SDV, CSAV Group and Tata Consultancy Services.
A quoting price of £5.35m reflected an initial yield of around 9%.
