Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) Corporate Finance has appointed two directors to develop non-institutional investment products and boost its principal finance capability.
Jayne Walters joins from Pinder Fry & Benjamin, where she was a director specialising in the promotion of investments in commercial property partnerships to private investors.
Simon Ringer who ran his own company, Radstone Properties was a director of Charterhouse Bank (now HSBC Investment Bank) and was responsible for the establishment of its property fund management business.
Working with Nick Sinfield, the pair will be responsible for originating deals and delivering new investment products.
Ringer will also concentrate on marketing primarily to banks, wealth managers and independent financial advisers, while Walters will take responsibility for marketing directly to private investors and other non-institutional sources of capital.
