Joseph Homes appoints London resi veteran to its board

Joseph Homes has appointed former Savills development head Dominic Grace to its board.

Grace left Savills earlier this year after 37 years at the agent.

In August he joined Austrian proptech company Propster as a special adviser to support its expansion to the UK.

Joseph Rajah, founder and chief executive of Joseph Homes, said: “Dominic has a shared alignment towards good-quality homes and the impact that creative innovation can have in the advancement of the built environment. His strategic approach to how we achieve this will add another texture to our growing team.

“As a business, we are focused on how the homes and spaces we build can deliver solutions to climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution levels, ultimately to generate a groundswell of action for a sustainable future for all.”
