Indigo Scott has sold a development site at 266 Balham High Road, SW17, to London-based housebuilder Joseph Homes for about £16m.
The site has planning consent for 71 flats. They are expected to sell for at least £450,000, £650,000 and £825,000 for one- two- and three-bedroom homes.
Colliers International acted on behalf of indigo Scott.
Andrew White, a director at Colliers’ residential department, said: “The consent for the new development in one of London’s most sought-after boroughs will provide workers with excellent transport links to central London.
“The site has been cleared and sat vacant for a number of years during its planning stages. With its location adjoining Balham High Road and Upper Tooting Park Road, this development will bring about an important aesthetical infill to what will now be a prominent junction to Balham High Road.”
