JP Morgan takes additional floor at Glasgow’s Sentinel

JP Morgan has taken an additional floor at Oppenheim’s 86,500 sq ft Sentinel building in Glasgow, leaving just one vacant floor in the 21-month old building.

The US bank already has over 9,000 sq ft on the fifth floor and is now doubling its space by taking the second floor in the Waterloo Street scheme.

Oppenheim Property Fund Management bought the building in May from Kenmore for £38.5m.

The building is almost wholly populated by financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Aon Insurance and British Steele Pension Fund.

Ryden and Knight Frank are letting agents on the building.
