J Saville Gordon has sold its leasehold interest in the Walsall branch of Littlewoods to Prudential Nominees for £3.08m. It reflects a 6.3% yield. The proceeds will be reinvested in industrial property. This will now form the basis of its activities.

The site holds hybrid planning consent for 1,493 homes, 475 hotel beds and 31,000 sq ft of commercial space
