JTRE London has promoted Nigel Fleming to joint managing director.
Fleming (pictured) will share the role with the firm’s current managing director Juraj Marko, who has held the position since September 2019.
In his new role, Fleming will work alongside Marko in a joint role where he will help drive the company’s expansion and focus on delivering residential and commercial assets. This will include building the business to take on other large mixed-used PCL sites.
Fleming has over 15 years of experience in prime Central London mixed use developments and has been on the JTRE board of directors since October 2021 as director of sales and leasing.
Marko said: “Nigel has been a standout performer for us since joining in 2021 and thoroughly deserves this opportunity.
“We are going into a very exciting period for JTRE London with Triptych Bankside completing and new site acquisitions on the horizon.”
