JTRE London hires new operations director

Developer JTRE London has appointed Seamus Porter as operations director with a focus on mixed-use projects in the capital. Porter joins from Hutchinson Property Group, where he was chief construction manager. During this time he lead on the £400m Chelsea Waterfront scheme and Convoys Wharf, SE8. Earlier in his career he worked at ML Investments and Bennett Construction. JTRE London’s schemes include the recently acquired 220 Blackfriars Road, SE1, which will include 219,000 sq ft of grade-A offices. Also in SE1, the firm has recently completed the £450m Triptych Bankside.
