JTRE London has achieved 100% retail occupancy in its mixed-use development Triptych Bankside at 185 Park Street, SE1.
The developer has signed gym operator Solo60 and Nagare Café to occupy the last remaining shops at the building.
Nagare Café has secured 1,728 sq ft for its largest location to date, with plans to open by early 2025. Solo60 has leased 628 sq ft and is set to open in late October. Both have signed for 10 years with no breaks.
Triptych Bankside comprises 9,900 sq ft of retail space, 87,000 sq ft of office space and 169 flats.
The new retailers will join other new tenants, Uncommon Deli and the Font, a rock climbing and fitness gym.
The Font has also agreed to expand from 6,774 sq ft to almost 9,000 sq ft allowing for more bouldering walls, bookable studio spaces and event space.
Art Academy also opened its 15,000 sq ft new campus at Triptych Bankside featuring nine studios, an auditorium, specialised workshop areas and a 2,000 sq ft public gallery on site.
JTRE bought the site in 2019 for £27.5m and Triptych Bankside opened last year.
Nigel Fleming, managing director at JTRE London, said: “This is an exceptional milestone in our journey at Triptych Bankside, with high demand across retail, office and residential space reflecting the combination of exceptional design, quality and location.”
Savills and Lunson Mitchenall acted for JTRE London.
