The Junction has sold two retail parks to Threadneedle for a total of £81.74m.
The 141,600 sq ft Kittybrewster retail park in Aberdeen was sold for £31.24m and a 9% initial yield. The open A1 non-food retail park is let to tenants including TK Maxx, Halfords, Sportsworld and DFS.
The fund’s 153,000 sq ft Slough retail park in Berkshire was sold for £50.5m and an 8.5% initial yield. The mixed bulky and open A1 non-food retail park is let to Homebase, Wickes, DFS and Land of Leather .
