Jupiter International is to lease Hanson’s former offices at 1-3 Grosvenor Place, Victoria, for £31.50 per sq ft on a 26 year lease. The building covers 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) and remains unrefurbished.
Jupiter will also lease a further 715 sq m (7,700 sq ft) from Derwent Valley at the adjacent property, 4-5 Grosvenor Place on an 18 year lease at a rent of £37 per sq ft, rising to £41 per sq ft in three years’ time.
