Jurys Doyle Hotel Group is looking to boost expansion in London and spread to other parts of the UK, such as Coventry.
It is spending £10m on expanding its Clifton Ford Hotel in London with an extra 69 rooms.
The company last month bought another London property for £23m to develop into a 170-room four-star hotel.
