Aberdeen Property UK Retail Parks Trust and Ashtenne Industrial Fund have teamed up to bring forward a regeneration project near Chippenham, Wiltshire.
The joint venture, Central Chippenham Partnership, plans to redevelop Hathaway retail park and much of Langley Park.
The 54-acre zone of existing retail and former industrial buildings is situated to the north of the town centre, adjacent to Chippenham train station.
Simon Moscow, director at Aberdeen Asset Management, said: “We decided to form the Central Chippenham Partnership to bring together a variety of retail, leisure, industrial and residential elements, which will complement each other and bring out the very best in the site for the town.”
