Crest Nicholson has created a joint venture with Kitewood to deliver the 122-flat Cossall View scheme in Peckham, SE15.
Kitewood Cossall acquired the site from Southwark council and a private vendor and gained planning consent in February.
The scheme will consist of one-, two-, and three-bedroom flats and 39 affordable homes. The jv will also restore a listed building on the site.
The project is expected to complete in 2017.
Trevor Selwyn, managing director at Crest Nicholson’s London division, said: “Forming joint ventures like this enables the use of both parties’ respective skills in order to deliver a high-quality product and provide us with a valuable source for land opportunities.”
