Kadans Science Partner has appointed Oli Appleyard as leasing manager in the UK commercial team.
Appleyard joins from Knight Frank where he most recently served as chartered surveyor in the life sciences and innovation team. Prior to that he was at Sheffield-based real estate agent Haus.
The move comes as Kadans accelerates its UK headcount expansion plans, revealed last year.
Appleyard will work alongside Mark Hanna, who joined the developer last year to lead its UK property portfolio management and Katie Nelson, who has been with Kadans for three years and most recently assumed the role of head of leasing for the UK.
Appleyard said: “I am very excited to get involved in the projects that the team are currently working on.”
Kadans is currently looking to fill its development at 5-10 Brandon Road and 20 Water Street in London as well as Barton House building on Abingdon Science Park in Oxfordshire.
