Kajima Properties has been given the go-ahead for a major new office and retail scheme in the City.
The 81,924 sq ft development at 77 Coleman Street, EC2, will include 13,573 sq ft of shops and restaurants on the ground and lower ground floors.
It will extend Nun Court and include a new walkway between Coleman Street and Moorgate, as well as being near Crossrail and the regeneration project on London Wall.
The scheme has been designed by BuckleyGrayYeoman architects and is expected to complete in 2019.
CBRE and GMRE are the lettings agents for the office space. The retail space is being let by Harper Dennis Hobbs and CBRE.
