Swedish software group Kambi is to join A&E Networks as the second tenant at One Queen Caroline Street, W6.
Kambi has taken 13,000 sq ft of the third floor on a 10-year lease at £54 per sq ft.
Alex Peers of Peers Partners said: “Kambi was attracted to the scheme’s exposed services and high level of finishes. Landid/Brockton agreed terms and completed the deal in just three weeks.
“The group plans to move into the space within the next three months.”
JLL and Colliers International are the letting agents for One Queen Caroline Street; Peers Partners advised Kambi.
