Kames Property Income Fund has acquired a leisure portfolio for £19.5m.
The portfolio, known as the Green Belt Portfolio, is comprised of eight freehold assets, including The Ivy Brasserie in St Albans that opened earlier this year and a table tennis themed bar named Smash/Coalition in Reading.
It is the second portfolio purchase by Kames this month, after the fund picked up CBRE Global Investors’ £40m shed portfolio.
Coffer Corporate Leisure advised the unnamed seller and Lewis & Partners represented Kames Property Income Fund.
