KanAm Grund Kapitalanlagegesellschaft is to start issuing its second open property fund, KanAm US-grundinvest Fonds, which will allow German investors to invest in an open property fund in US dollars. The fund will begin by acquiring two leased office buildings in Washington DC’s central business district, with a total investment of $150m.
