Cushman & Wakefield Healey & Baker (CWHB) has appointed two associates, with Katie Rapport joining its City agency team and Robert Madden joining its national industrial team.
Rapport (pictured) joins from King Sturge, and previously worked at CBRE, where her role included advising Canary Wharf Group.
Madden (pictured) joins from Slough Estates, where he was a senior leasing surveyor, having joined Slough in 1997 and specialised in developing prelet and development opportunities in the South East.
During his time at Slough, he was responsible for the leasing and marketing of schemes including Farnborough Business Park, Winnersh Triangle and the company’s South West industrial portfolio.
