Kaufman & Broad, the French subsidiary of US developer KB Home, had two targets for 2001 regarding growth, and it achieved them both.
Group president Guy Nafilyan said that he was all the more pleased with the results given the difficult conditions. This year the group is aiming to increase its turnover by between 5% and 10%.
