Keepmoat has secured planning for the 433-home final phase of its scheme in Gedling, Nottinghamshire.
The homes, covering approximately 36 acres of land, will complete the 950-home Chase Farm development, which is a collaboration between Keepmoat Homes, Gedling Borough Council and Homes England. Completion is expected in 2028.
All homes in the final phase will include air source pumps, solar PV panels, increased levels of insulation and EV charging points. A pilot scheme of 33 homes will be included, which will be delivered to the new Future Homes standard.
Shaun Fielding, regional MD of Keepmoat Homes, said: “The continuation of Chase Farm represents Keepmoat Homes’ commitment to building sustainable communities and homes designed for green living, and provides the standard to which future housing must adhere to.”
