Kellogg’s plans to close its Trafford Park factory, where it has been making Corn Flakes since 1938.
The breakfast cereal and snack company said it had started a 90-day consultation with 360 staff as it is considering ceasing operations at the 27-acre production site in Greater Manchester from 2026.
Kellanova, which owns Kellogg’s, said that only half of the space in the factory was used, and the rest was inefficient.
