Investment firm Kennedy Wilson has appointed Jake Harris as managing director.
Harris has rejoined Kennedy Wilson, where he was previously a director in 2013. He took a role as investment director at Paloma Capital in 2021.
In his new role he will be responsible for overseeing the company’s industrial and logistics investment activities in the UK.
He started his career as a chartered surveyor at Cushman & Wakefield and worked at Deutsche Asset Management for six years as head of industrial and fund manager for its open-ended UK Industrial Property Fund.
Mike Pegler, president at Kennedy Wilson Europe, said: “Jake already has a deep understanding of our business, as well as a wealth of knowledge in the UK investment market, in particular the industrial and logistics sector which remains an important focus for us in Europe.”
Harris said: “For experienced, creative and well-capitalised investors, the industrial sector continues to be a source of investment projects with the potential to deliver outsized risk-adjusted returns. It’s an exciting time to be rejoining the business and I look forward to working closely with the team to continue expanding Kennedy Wilson’s footprint in the UK.”
