Kennedy Wilson is in talks to buy Heights Brooklands business park.
M&G Real Estate put the office campus in Weybridge, Surrey, on the market in October last year.
The 350,000 sq ft park is one of south-west London’s key business locations, with a range of international tenants ranging from Daikin to Samsung and P&G to Sony.
The park is 97% let to tenants including Sony, Samsung, Procter & Gamble, Experian and Altiostar.
In March, M&G Real Estate let more than 37,000 sq ft at £32.50 per sq ft to AXA and Dairy Crest.
AXA and Dairy Crest committed to 17,400 and 20,066 sq ft respectively to share the second floor of Building 5 on new 10-year leases.
