David Kenningham, one of central London’s best-known retail agents, is to start his own niche agency.
Kenningham Retail, which will start at the beginning of April, will specialise in central London retail agency.
He will act for both landlords and retailers in the UK and international markets.
The firm will be based at 10 Rathbone Place, W1.
Kenningham quit CBRE as executive director last October after seven years at the firm. He joined CBRE through its acquisition of Dalgleish.
Most recently, he has been involved in leasing Land Securities’ Park House scheme on Oxford Street, W1.
He has also found flagship stores for a raft of retailers including Inditex brands and Primark, Boots and Gap.
