Kenny Roberts’ Yamaha motorbike team, Team Roberts, has launched a search for 1,858 sq m (20,000 sq ft) of offices in Banbury, Oxfordshire.
The company, which already has premises in the town but is doubling the size of its operations, has appointed Savills to find a new building.
According to Chris White of Savills, the area – nine miles from Silverstone Circuit – is being boosted by demand from motor-related industry.
