Kent is set to get the South Easts largest speculative warehouse.
AXA Reim and developer dmi Belvedere are planning a £17m shed at Isis Reach, Belvedere. The 92,900 sq m (1m sq ft) shed, located on a 24ha (60 acre) former National Power site, will be targeted at a single occupier.
Actaeon, the 26,000 sq m (280,000 sq ft) first phase, will complete in March 2001. Terms have not yet been quoted. Knight Frank is marketing the building, and is confident of an early letting, possibly to a dot.com firm.
