Kevin Maxwell is brokering a deal for a £500m development in Edgware, according to the Daily Telegraph.
According to the paper, the land has already been secured for £70,000 and the development will be called Oriental City.
The DT adds that Maxwell has enlisted the backing or property tycoon David Burke, the chairman of the Oracle Group to plan a mix of luxury housing, entertainment and commercial properties.
