The January EPRA/NAREIT Europe Index showed positive growth in the European listed sector of 4.34%, reversing the -4.37% performance of December 2011.
Italy, with performance of 8.36%, led the Continent’s markets. Finland and the Netherlands followed, with performances of 6.13% and 5.42% respectively.
German property company Colonia and UK firm Standard Life led the individual stocks table, while Spain’s Inmobiliaria Colonial turned in the poorest performance with -19.34%
