European listed performance falls off in December with 1.15%, down from November’s 5.9%

The December 2012 EPRA/NAREIT Europe Index showed that European Performance gained by 1.15% over the month, down from a 5.9% performance in November. All countries except the Netherlands and Germany registered positive results, with Italy’s 2.86% and Belgium’s 2.41% leading the pack. France turned in a result of 0.23%

German property company Colonia Real Estate’s stocks led the performance table with a return of 13.4%.

French firm ANF-Immobilier was the month’s underperformer, turning in a month-on-month result of -9.06%.
