The July EPRA/NAREIT Europe Index shows a positive performance of 5.6% in the European listed sector, up from 4.14% in June and -1.03% in May.
Italy leads the Continent’s markets with 10.94% growth, ahead of Finland’s 9.5% and Sweden’s 8.95% growth. The Netherlands turns in the lowest performance with -0.23%.
UK firm Quintain Estates leads the individual stocks with a 30.92% performance, while Dutch company Wereldhave’s stock performance trails with -15.46%.
