Knight Frank has been appointed to find sites across the UK for electric vehicle charging company Osprey Charging.
Osprey wants to deliver thousands of charging points across the country and has tasked Knight Frank will finding sites at out-of-town retail parks, shopping and leisure parks, drive-thru restaurants, roadside retail and food stores and business parks and industrial sites.
Osprey, which has funding from Cube Infrastructure and Investec for the expansion, typically takes 20-year leases on its charge point sites.
