Charles Calvert, Partner and Head of Knight Frank’s residential team in Leeds, said: “We have grown considerably and played a key role in shaping the regeneration of not only Leeds city centre, but on major projects along the M62 corridor.
Nine Bond Court is arranged over eleven storeys, plus ground and basement floors, totalling 70,000 sq ft sq ft prime Grade A office space.
The remaining space is available on a new lease basis, with quoting rents from £21.50 per sq ft.
