KF’s Vydra returns to CBRE

Knight Frank equity partner and Shard leasing agent Chris Vydra is returning to CBRE’s City team.

Vydra, who is only the second equity partner to leave the 116-year-old agent, will become an executive director at CBRE, working alongside Dan Roberts and Mark Slim.

His appointment follows the high profile departures from CBRE of Digby Flower and Andrew Parker for Cushman & Wakefield, and Roger Lister who has moved to Land Securities.

Vydra, who is leasing agent on several high profile buildings in London including The Shard, 100 Bishopsgate and London Wall Place, joined KF in 2005 after a decade at CBRE.

KF’s head of commercial,  Alistair Elliott said:  “We’re sorry that Chris is leaving and we wish him well. We have a strong client book which we are very proud of, and do not take for granted. Our teams will continue to work diligently to ensure the very highest standards are maintained. I have absolute confidence in the depth and breadth of our Central London business. “

CBRE and Vydra declined to comment.
