Knight Frank has been appointed to sell the Atrium 1 in Uxbridge for £50.6m, representing a 6.25% yield.
The 141,000 sq ft office building is owned by Aviva and is located at 1 Harefield Road, UB8. Tenants include PwC and Herbalife.
Quoting rents in the building are upwards of £28 per sq ft.
